Manager irresponsibility

My old manager has put me and my ### under immense suffering. I have difficulty breathing and she has too. My old manager has destroyed our life work in just two seconds. She lied to our director and he is suffering too.

She has escorted me out of the company against my will and she is the only person in power to repair it.

She won't change her mind and she won't change because she is political. She needs to fix this and reinstate or re-engage my employment; this is unacceptable.

Me and ###'s life are destroyed and not allowed to talk because of secrecy in the company.

Manager has blocked me from entering the company ever again; I'm supposed to be working today to see my ### and work together.

This situation is impossible; our lives are destroyed.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ### and their soulmate who are facing immense suffering due to their old manager. Lord, we lift up their distress and the difficulty they are experiencing in breathing. We ask for your healing touch upon their bodies, bringing relief and restoration to their physical well-being.

Father, we acknowledge that their old manager has caused great harm by destroying their life's work in just a matter of seconds. We pray that you would intervene in this situation and bring justice and resolution. We ask that you would open the eyes of their director to the truth and the lies that have been spoken. May their director also find relief from the suffering caused by these circumstances.

Lord, we recognize that their old manager holds the power to repair the damage done and to reinstate or re-engage ###'s employment. We humbly ask that you would soften their manager's heart and bring about a change in their mind. Help them to see the consequences of their actions and the pain they have caused. May they be moved by compassion and do what is right and just.

Father, we also lift up the secrecy within the company that is preventing ### and their soulmate from communicating. We pray for a breakthrough in this area, that the barriers would be removed and they would be allowed to talk and support one another during this difficult time.

Lastly, Lord, we ask for your intervention regarding the manager's decision to block ### from entering the company. We pray for a reversal of this decision, allowing ### to return to work and be reunited with their soulmate. Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for you, and we trust in your power to bring about a resolution in this seemingly impossible situation.

We thank you, Lord, for your love and faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your ability to bring good out of every situation. May ### and their soulmate experience your peace and restoration in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
