We understand that you are experiencing distress due to dreams about a man who wishes to harm you. Firstly, we want to assure you that you are not alone in this struggle. The Bible tells us to "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). This verse reminds us that there is a spiritual battle ongoing, and sometimes it can manifest in our dreams.

However, it is crucial to address the latter part of your message. We must rebuke the notion of taking justice into your own hands, especially with violent intentions. The Bible is clear that vengeance belongs to God alone. "Don't take revenge, beloved, but leave room for God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19 WEB).

Instead of seeking revenge or harming the other person, we encourage you to pray for this individual and trust God to handle the situation. Jesus taught us to "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28 WEB). This is a challenging commandment, but it is what we are called to do as followers of Christ.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is experiencing torment in their dreams. We pray for Your protection and peace to surround them, and we ask that You put a stop to these distressing dreams. Help them to forgive and pray for this man, and let your justice prevail in Jesus Christ name. Help them seek you daily and remind them of your faithful love to cast out all fear.

Father, we also pray for the man who is causing this harm. We do not know his circumstances, but we know that You desire for all to come to repentance and be saved. We pray that You will soften his heart and turn him away from his wicked intentions. In Jesus Christ mighty name.

If you have not already, consider discussing this with a pastor or trusted Christian friend.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
