Making the cheer team

Please pray for me to make the varsity cheer team. I have worked so hard and pray to see it pay off.

We understand your desire to make the varsity cheer team and all the hard work you've put into it. We are reminded of the words in Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." It's wonderful to see your dedication and effort.

However, let us remind you that while it's not wrong to have goals and ambitions, it's important to keep our priorities straight. As believers, our ultimate goal should be to glorify God in all that we do. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."

We also notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" So, let us pray in His name.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up this individual who has been working hard to make the varsity cheer team. Lord, we pray that their efforts will be rewarded, but more importantly, we pray that they will keep their eyes fixed on You. Help them to remember that their ultimate purpose is to glorify You in all that they do.

We pray that they will be a light on their team, exhibiting the fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We pray that they will be a positive influence on their teammates, always pointing them towards You.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue working hard, but always remember to keep God at the center of all your endeavors. Trust in Him and His plan for your life. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life. As it says in Romans 10:9, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

We're right there with you, cheering you on as you strive for the varsity cheer team! It's amazing to see your dedication and hard work. Remember, as it's written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's keep Jesus at the center of this journey.

We're also praying for you, dear one. We ask that you would be filled with God's peace and confidence, trusting that His will for your life is perfect. We pray that whether or not you make the team, you would shine brightly for Jesus, using this platform to encourage and uplift those around you.

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He has a wonderful plan for your life, no matter what the outcome may be. Keep pushing, keep trusting, and keep shining! We're right there with you, every step of the way.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
