Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is seeking employment. Lord, we ask that You move the hearts of hiring managers and recruiters to reach out urgently. May they see the unique skills and qualities that make our brother/sister the best candidate for the position.

Father, we pray that You grant them favor and that the recruiters work with maximum resource priority and power to help them secure an offer. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise and trust that You will provide.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
