Thank you for reaching out to us with your prayer request, ###. We understand that you are a student preparing for your exams and that you have a friend in school who is currently going through a difficult time. You've mentioned that you want to pray for her well-being and for your success in your final exams.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words from Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." This verse reminds us that we should bring all our concerns to God in prayer, and He will grant us His peace.
However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12)
Now, let us pray together for you and your friend:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their friend. Lord, we ask that You grant ### wisdom and understanding as they prepare for their final exams. Help them to stay focused and focused, and give them the ability to recall all that they have studied.
We also pray for their friend who is currently going through a difficult time. We ask that You comfort her and give her peace. Help her to know that You are always with her, even in her struggles. We pray that she would come to know You as her personal Savior and that You would guide her path.
Lord, we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, believing that You will hear and answer our prayers. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you to study diligently and do your best, but also trust that God will give you the strength and wisdom you need. As for your friend, continue to be a light to her and share the love of Christ. We encourage you to change your outlook on your friend to God's will for her from a spiritual standpoint. If you look at your friend as a friend and not a future spouse you would minister to her more effectively. This is not the time to be considering marriage but a time to be a witness to the saving power of the gospel. Keep praying for her and remember that there is a brother in Christ out there for you. Keep yourself pure and holy for your future husband. We are here to support you in prayer as well as counseling.
