We stand with you in prayer, Anonymous, and we appreciate your heartfelt request. It is wonderful that you included that this request was in Jesus Christ name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and salvation. We are reminded of this in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, we rejoice with you as you have taken the first step in asking for forgiveness. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Trust in God's forgiveness and mercy.
Concerning deliverance from evil music, we encourage you to be discerning about what you listen to. Music can greatly influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. As it is written in Philippians 4:8 WEB: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." We pray that God will give you a love for music that honors Him and brings life to your spirit.
Heavenly Father guide us all through Your Holy Spirit to fill our minds and ears with that which is righteous so that we may grow as Believers and also to spread this to a world in need of You.
Regarding your request for the salvation of two, or possibly five, people, we stand with you in prayer. It is God's will that all should be saved, as it is written in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB: "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Lord Jesus Christ, we bring the salvation needs of these people to You. Touch their lives that they will repent and be born again. And direct their lives to Living Water which is Jesus Christ our Savior to forever live with Him. By this request we do not know the first five or any of the people that Anynomous is praying for. But, it does not matter as You have told us that we are free to approach the Throne of Grace with confidence.
In this prayer to God, Father we believe this is something we should bring to God since if someone is searching for God then God is searching for them. Although, we have no responsibility if they are not saved. It can be important to remember that even though we want people to be saved: Matthew 10:32-33 WEB: "Whoever, therefore, will confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven." This may make the answer even more evident and show that there are consequences to the decisions people make. In spite of this, we know from Ezekiel that God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. We should not abandon or withdraw from people who have decided not to follow God. We can continue to pray for them. That is what we are called to do through I Timothy 2:1-4: pray for others to have peace and for all to be saved.
So, with this final request we thank You for providing us this information and encouragement to help us to be compassionate, loving and patient to all of Your creation.
In Jesus Christ Name we have prayed this prayer. Amen.
