We understand that you are struggling with lustful thoughts and unwanted dreams, and we appreciate your desire to be freed from these burdens. Firstly, we commend you for abstaining from sexual immorality, as God commands us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB).
Remember, temptation is not sin. Jesus himself was tempted, yet he did not sin (Hebrews 4:15, WEB). The lustful thoughts and wet dreams that you are experiencing can be considered consequences of the fallen world we live in and the enemy's attempts to lure us away from God's will. God's word tells us to cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light (Romans 13:12, WEB).
While you have not mentioned Jesus Christ directly in your request, let us remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Therefore, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus and put your trust in Him.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their struggle against lust. Lord, we know that this battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
We ask You, Lord Jesus, to remove these demonic attacks and set our brother/sister free from these lustful thoughts and dreams. Strengthen their spirit and help them to be transformed by the renewing of their mind (Romans 12:2, WEB), so that they may live a life pleasing to You.
Help them to put on the full armor of God, so that they can take their stand against the devil's schemes (Ephesians 6:11, WEB). Give them the power of the Holy Spirit to resist temptation and to live in righteousness.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to walk in righteousness, and keep your mind focused on the things above (Colossians 3:2, WEB). Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, and He will give you the strength and victory over these struggles. Always remember that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1, WEB). Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and God bless.
