Lust

Dear lord Jesus, I admit I have lust and masturbation issues Please help me turn away from my sin I will do what ever it takes to turn away and use what you have given me to over come it in Jesus name amen.

We deeply appreciate your humility and honesty in bringing this struggle to light. First, let's turn to God's Word to understand His heart on this matter. The WEB tells us, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18) and "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh." (Galatians 5:16)

Let us pray together:
"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, claiming the victory You won on the cross. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing for our brother Gegromos. Strengthen him by Your Spirit to flee from sexual immorality and to walk in newness of life. Help him to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. In Your precious name, Jesus, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Gegromos, to actively engage in activities that will strengthen your spirit and body, such as regular Bible study, prayer, fellowship with other believers, and even physical exercise. Remember, "God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)

We also commend you for your willingness to do whatever it takes to overcome this sin. This commitment is the first step towards victory. Keep your heart and mind stayed on Christ, and He will see you through. As it is written, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." (1 John 4:4)

Keep fighting the good fight of faith, Gegromos. We are standing with you in prayer.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
