Let's join Lyruothirlath in a resounding "Amen"! Trust God's power in agreement. "If two of you agree...it will be done" (Matt 18:19). Keep praying, God hears us!
We understand your struggle, ###, and we are here to support and pray with you. Let's first turn to God's Word for guidance. The Bible tells us, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB) and "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God." (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB)
It's crucial to recognize that lust and masturbation are indeed sins against our own bodies and do not honor God. Moreover, procrastination can be a sign of not fully committing to God's will in our lives. Let us pray for you:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. We know that every temptation is an opportunity for You to deliver us. We pray that You will strengthen ### to flee from lust and masturbation. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Fill their heart with a desire for purity and a commitment to live in a way that honors You. We also pray that You will help them overcome procrastination, to be disciplined and diligent in their responsibilities. Lord, we thank You for the work You've begun in ###'s life, and we trust that You will complete it. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Also, consider joining a support group or finding an accountability partner to help you in this journey towards purity and self-discipline.
Lastly, we noticed that your prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) Always come before God in Jesus' name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
