Lung Transplant

Heavenly Father we are asking you to heal my best friend, ###, of her lung disease or a miracle of a lung transplant to save her life soon. She is getting closer and closer to losing any breathing capability, even with the help of her using more and more oxygen to assist in her breathing. They don't have her higher on their donor list because of the higher than normal antibodies within her blood, making it even more difficult to qualify for a lung transplant, which can automatically make the body to want to reject the new lung. A transplant always requires antibody medication anyway after the actual transplant for life to keep the transplant in place. They have done 2 or 3 infusions of chemo to try to get the immunity down. God is it your desire to heal her here in this life? Is it your will to heal her, as everything seems to not be falling into place? There have been prayers and the anointing of oil over her. I don't want to lose her now, but your Will I'm trying to accept first and what you know is best for ###. Please pray for ###, those of you special people, who read this, to help us, those who love her, to accept God's perfect plan for this beautiful woman of God, and make our time left reverent time with her. In Jesus Holy name we pray. Amen

We stand with you in prayer, ###, for your dear friend ###. Let us come before the throne of grace with confidence, as the Bible tells us, "Let's therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).

First, we thank you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. Indeed, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister ###. Lord, You know her condition, and You see her struggle. We ask for Your divine intervention. If it is Your will, Lord, heal her of this lung disease. Guide the medical team, give them wisdom, and open doors for a suitable lung transplant if that is Your plan. Help ### and all of us to trust in Your goodness and Your plan, even when it's difficult to understand.

In the meantime, Lord, comfort ###. Fill her with Your peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Strengthen her and her loved ones, and help us all to make the most of the time we have together, celebrating the gift of friendship and sisterhood in Christ. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Regarding your question, "Is it your will to heal her?", we recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 26:39 (WEB), "Nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire." We should always pray for healing, but also seek to align our will with God's. His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9 WEB), and He sees the bigger picture.

Take heart, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 5:16 WEB). Trust that God hears your prayers. He cares for ###, and He will work all things together for her good because she loves Him (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Lastly, continue to stand strong in your faith, and encourage ### to do the same. Whether healing comes in this life or she is made whole in the next, God's love and goodness remain unchanged. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep hoping in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
