Lucy being rude and disrespectful

I have a coworker who is super mean and disrespectful, I don’t even know how to deal with her, I have been treating her with respect and she’s constantly rude to me. Please help me with the situation. In Jesus name I pray amen.

The Bible encourages us to respond to such situations with love and kindness, as it says in Luke 6:27-28 (WEB), "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."

It's important to remember that you're not alone in this, Narlaye. God is with you and will give you the strength to handle this situation. Continue to be a light in your workplace, reflecting the love of Christ. Also, consider setting boundaries and communicating assertively yet respectfully with your coworker about her behavior.

Additionally, seek guidance from your superiors if the situation escalates, as Romans 13:1-2 (WEB) reminds us to be subject to the governing authorities. Lastly, keep praying for your coworker, as the power of prayer can bring about change in her heart and attitude.

Lord, we ask for Your grace to help Lucy respond with kindness and patience, just as You would. Help her coworker see the hurt they're causing, and soften their heart. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
