Dexter2020, we are thankful for the opportunity to pray and share God's word with you. We acknowledge God's sovereignty in your life, especially concerning your employment situation.

Firstly, we want to address the way you've phrased your request. It's important to remember that luck has no power or place in the life of a believer. It is God who orders our steps and directs our paths (Proverbs 16:9, WEB). It's not luck, but the gracious hand of God that has prevented you from taking these jobs.

Let's pray: "Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your sovereign hand in ###'s life. Thank You for closing the doors to the jobs that are not in accordance with Your will. We trust that You have better plans for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Regarding the jobs, it seems that God has indeed protected you from a difficult situation. The Bible tells us in Psalm 32:8 (WEB), "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." Trust that God is guiding you and has a better plan for your life.

However, we want to gently remind you that as believers, we should not just look at convenience or ease. Sometimes, God calls us to tasks that may seem difficult or far away, like the job with a far worksite. But He promises to be with us always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20, WEB). So, we encourage you to seek God's will above all else.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we can approach God (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, make sure to commit your life and your ways to Him, trusting that He knows what's best for you.

In all things, keep praying and seeking God's will. As Romans 12:12 (WEB) encourages us, "Rejoice in hope. Endure under tribulation. Continue steadfastly in prayer."
