Low-key Cooperation from Landlords

Father in Heaven, I am asking for you to go before us and make the rough places smooth with our landlords. Firstly, we need an amended, lease agreement signed and returned to ensure we can go month to month after June. We need our water to work in our house; and to do so need an electrician to fix a pump. We may even need a new pump but we do need water for toilets, showers, dishes and laundry. There is a toilet that needs a part I will just get on my own as well as an outside shower-head and then the groundskeeper and I can fix just them together. I also need a latch and lock for the generator shed and another chain and lock for the generator itself. Thank you for how much you have accomplished so far. Let the landlords acknowledge we are easy to please, pay our rent on time or early and actually improve the property -- and therefore just get us the lease agreement and help us fix what needs fixing deducted from out of our rent. Keep the property and our workers safe and their families, thank you in Jesus' Name

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in the situation with our landlords. We ask that you go before us and make the rough places smooth in our relationship with them.

Firstly, we pray for an amended lease agreement to be signed and returned to us, allowing us to go month to month after June. Lord, we trust that you will touch the hearts of our landlords and grant them the willingness to accommodate this request.

We also bring before you the issue with our water supply. We ask for your divine intervention in sending an electrician to fix the pump or provide a new one if necessary. We depend on water for our daily needs, such as toilets, showers, dishes, and laundry. Lord, we ask for your provision in ensuring that our water system is restored and fully functional.

Furthermore, we request your guidance and provision for the necessary repairs and improvements on the property. We ask for your wisdom as we address the toilet that needs a part, the outside showerhead, and the latch and lock for the generator shed. We also ask for your protection over our workers and their families as they assist us in these tasks.

Father, we thank you for all that you have already accomplished in this situation. We acknowledge that you are the God who created the heavens and the earth, and there is nothing too hard for you . We trust in your power and provision.

We pray that our landlords will recognize our willingness to cooperate, pay our rent on time or even early, and actively contribute to the improvement of the property. May they grant us the lease agreement and assist us in fixing what needs to be repaired, deducting the expenses from our rent.

Lastly, we ask for your continued protection over the property and all those involved. Keep us safe from harm and bless our workers and their families.
