I’m really in love with this guy manny but I think he’s dating this woman Dylan I’m not completely sure what there relationship is but I feel jealous and feel like manny wasted my time giving attention to other women I’m confused

Regarding your feelings for Manny, it's important to seek God's will in this situation. The Bible encourages us, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB) If Manny is indeed in a relationship with Dylan, pursuing him is not aligned with God's principles.
