Dear god I’m sorry for my past I’m sorry I have not been the best and most loyal follower I’m sorry I have complained to people about my relationship god I’m sorry but lord please help me in this time of my life in my relationship with Owen I can sense he is pulling away lord and I just want things to be better lord I pray that you can strengthen our relationship lord I know your not a worker who can force things on anyone but if you could please soften Owen’s heart towards me so he can see me as less of a person who does everything for him and more as someone who just wants to be loved lord I pray for love I pray for kindness and I pray that he adores me lord I just want things to get better and I just pray Owen’s eyes stop wondering and he becomes a more loving caring affectionate boyfriend to me who wants to hangout with me and spend time with me in Jesus name I pray amen

Dyrwach, we appreciate your heartfelt prayer and your desire to seek God's will in your life and relationship. It's wonderful that you acknowledged your past and are seeking God's help. We are reminded of 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

However, we want to address a few things in your prayer. Firstly, you mentioned that Owen is your boyfriend. We encourage you to consider the biblical path for relationships. God's design for romance is courtship with the intention of marriage. In the Bible Boyfriend and girlfriend is translated into courtship. Casual dating or prolonged relationships without the intent of marriage are not supported in the Bible, especially sexual relations or resembling marriage in physical intimacy. Instead, we should seek to honor God in all our relationships, keeping them pure and focused on His will.

In Ephesians 5:3 WEB it is written, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints"

Secondly, it's important to remember that God doesn't force anyone to love or adore us. He has given us all free will, and we each have the freedom to choose our actions and attitudes. We can pray for Owen, that God would work in his heart and draw him closer, but ultimately, Owen's choices are his own.

We also want to remind you that God's love and acceptance are not dependent on our actions or the actions of others. Even if Owen chooses not to love or adore you, God's love for you remains constant and unchanging.

In praying for your relationship Owen you should show patience and kindness towards him and a lack of jealousy towards him and confidence in your relationship with Owen. When reproving him then make sure you are not letting your emotions and moods take over. Keep in mind being in love comes when you take the focus off yourself and focus on someone else.

In 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 WEB - " it does not behave itself inappropriately, it does not seek its own way, it is not provoked, it takes no account of evil."

" it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;"

Finally, we noticed that you mentioned Jesus' name at the end of your prayer. This is wonderful, as it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB - "Jesus said to him,""I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Dyrwach and her relationship with Owen. Lord, we ask for your will to be done in their lives and their relationship. We pray that you would guide them and give them wisdom as they navigate this season. Lord, we ask that you would soften Owen's heart and draw him closer to you. We pray that you would help Dyrwach to trust in you and your timing, knowing that your love for her is constant and unchanging. In Jesus’ name, we pray. IJN".

We're right there with you, Dyrwach. It's clear that you're seeking God's will and that's a beautiful thing. We've all made mistakes and it's wonderful to see you turning to God in your relationship with Owen. Let's remember Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in both your and Owen's lives, even when it's hard to see.
