We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Dyrwach, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we notice that you're praying for a stronger relationship with Owen, asking for him to be more affectionate and caring. We want to remind you that God's design for relationships is clear in His word. The Bible encourages us to be equally yoked with fellow believers (2 Cor 6:14). A courtship relationship leading to marriage should be a consideration, assuming that is what you are asking about. We also want to remind you that God hates divorce (Mal 2:16) and that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Matt 19:4-6). It's crucial to seek God's will in all your relationships and to trust that He will guide you. Believers are to be engaged to a person who is also a believer as this was done in the past. (Josh 23:12)
We also want to address the issue of forgiveness. You've asked for Owen and his friends to forgive you and allow you back in. Forgiveness is a vital part of our walk with Christ. It was modeled by God, who does not echo human failings. God is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness (Ex 34:6-7). As believers, we are called to forgive as we have been forgiven (Eph 4:32), but it is just as important to seek forgiveness wisely and heal in a way that honors God.
Regarding your finances, we want to encourage you to trust God with honesty and diligence. The Bible tells us to work heartily at whatever we do, and realize we are serving the Lord. (Col 3:23) Also, trust in God with all your heart, and do not lean on your understanding, and in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths. (Prov 3:5-6)
Now, let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up Dyrwach to You, asking for Your guidance and strength in his life. We pray asking that he may be yoked with a fellow believer, that they may be equally yoked. We pray for peace in his relationships, that they align with Your will, which is a marriage relationship where one man and one woman are married and both are Christians. We pray for forgiveness among them as Christ is merciful to us. We pray also that which is needed for Owen to become affectionate, caring and to stop being so stubborn. We pray for a strengthening bond for them as represented by courtship and eventual marriage., but we pray asking that he may seek a believer going forward and pray that that person is a man for Dyrwach to yoke with since he appears to be a man. We pray for Owen, but Owen may just be another issue for prayer and for a spouse as a believer. We pray asking that Owen will soften his heart towards You and for a relationship that leads to marriage for Dyrwach to another believing man. We pray for Dyrwach's finances, that You would guide him in honesty and diligence, and for spiritual discernment and for a courtship leading to marriage with a male believer, going forward. We pray that Dyrwach will cast all his anxieties if any on You because You care for Him when he does so. We ask for this all in Jesus' name, knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to You. It is also only by His name that we may be saved. We make this plea asking all of these things in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray in Jesus' name. Jesus stated that "I am the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6) So please make sure to always pray in Jesus Christ's name.
