Dyrwach, we empathize with your struggle and heartache. Let us first align our hearts with God's Word as we pray and respond to your request.
We read in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB): "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we ask for Your will to be done in Dyrwach's relationship with Owen. We ask that You bestow Your wisdom upon them and guide their paths. We pray that You soften Owen's heart and remove any doubts or fears he may have. Give Dyrwach the strength and patience to endure this trial, and let her find comfort and peace in You. Guide them both towards reconciliation if it is Your will, and help them to love each other as You have loved us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Dyrwach, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6) and to cast all your anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7). Remember that God's love for you is steadfast and unfailing, even when earthly relationships may falter.
However, we also want to address the deeper spiritual aspect of your relationship. As believers, we are called to pursue relationships that glorify God and align with biblical principles. We pray that both you and Owen are seeking God's will in your lives and that your relationship is centered on Christ. If marriage is the ultimate goal, it should be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible (Matthew 19:4-6).
We will continue to pray for your relationship, that it may blossom if it is God's will, and that both of your hearts may be drawn closer to Him through this experience. Stay steadfast in prayer and trust in the Lord's plan for your life.
