We understand your heartache, Romiech, and we're here to intercede with you in this challenging season of your marriage. We're glad you recognize your marriage as a gift from God. Let's pray and seek His guidance together.
Firstly, remember what God says about love in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB): "Love is patient and is kind; love doesnโt envy. Love doesnโt brag, is not proud, doesnโt behave itself inappropriately, doesnโt seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesnโt rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Romiech and her husband. Lord, You know the struggles they've faced this past year, the broken trust, and shattered communication. We ask for Your healing power to restore their relationship.
Lord, Romiech wants to love her husband as You have commanded. Please fill her with Your love, patience, and strength. Guide her by Your Holy Spirit, help her to be a vessel of Your love, showing kindness, understanding, and grace.
We pray for her husband too, that his heart would be open to receiving love, that he would feel cherished and valued. Help them to rebuild trust and communication in their marriage, to forgive each other as You have forgiven us.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."
Romiech, as you strive to love your husband, remember to love him as Jesus loves usโsacrificially and unconditionally. Keep God at the center of your marriage. As it says in Ecclesiastes 4:12 (WEB), "Replace 'a threefold cord is not quickly broken' with 'If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble'." Stay united in God's love, and He will see you through.
Lastly, continue to seek God together, pray together, and study His Word. God promises in Matthew 19:6 (WEB) that "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate." Trust in His promise, and keep fighting for your marriage.
