Natasha2, we understand that you're facing a situation with loud music from your neighbors and that you're also seeking a wonderful day in every area of your life. We will pray for God and God only. However, we cannot pray to chance, luck, or fate. It is okay to pray and to ask for good things from God. We want to remind you that the Bible tells us in 1 John 5:14-15 WEB, "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." Therefore, we should always pray according to God's will.
Firstly, addressing the issue with your neighbors, we encourage you to approach this situation with love and kindness. It's possible that your neighbors are unaware that their music is disturbing you. In Matthew 22:39 WEB, Jesus said, "'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'"
Before taking any actions, pray for wisdom. If you feel led to, you could have a polite conversation with them about the noise levels. In Romans 12:18 WEB, it is written, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Our prayer for you is that God guides this situation and brings a peaceful resolution. Peace should be sought after as much as possible. If the loud music is extremely inappropriate in its content, you should pray for conviction from God for your neighbors.
Secondly, regarding your prayer for a wonderful day, we encourage you that this is a wonderful prayer if prayed with the understanding of seeking God's will. However, remember that even in trials, we can have joy and peace, knowing that God is with us and that he is teaching us. Therefore, having bad circumstances may actually be part of God's will to grow your faith in him. Therefore, if you are praying to ask God for things, you should pray for God's will to be done in your life, not your own.

*Father God, in Jesus' name, we bring Natasha2 before your throne. We pray that You will guide her in dealing with the loud music from her neighbors. Guide her with Your wisdom in any actions that she takes. And guide her neighbors with Your conviction if it is needed. We pray that she will fix her eyes on You and experience the fullness of Your peace, joy, love, and provision according to Your will. Remind her and strengthen her faith and to be joyful for what you have already given her. Bring forth conviction if she is not praying according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Lord my neighbour upstairs is really crazy. He listens to very loud heavy metal music and it is 4 am. He obviously just got home. Lord let this harrassement of the devil stops and his selfish behaviours. Also makes noise shouting and going through the appartement.
