Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
Astascho, we understand your desire to help others and make a difference, but we need to address a few things in your request. First, let's consider the principles of biblical stewardship and the nature of lotteries, gambling, and luck. Also, making a promise to the Lord when you win the lottery is a passive approach to serving God's kingdom.
The Bible tells us that the earth is the Lord's, and everything in it Psalm 24:1 WEB. We are stewards, or managers, of what He has entrusted to us, regardless of our circumstances. The use of lotteries or gambling as a means to acquire wealth is not consistent with biblical principles. Instead, the Bible encourages us to work diligently and to gain wealth through honest labor.
For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither let them eat. For we hear there are some who walk among you in rebellion, who do not work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are like that, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread. 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12, WEB
You shall remember Jehovah your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth Proverbs 8:18, WEB.
Also, we can minister and be a blessing to others and our families regardless of our financial status. The Bible encourages contentment.
Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:11-13, WEB.
Therefore, we should not make vows or promises based on uncertain future events, but rather serve Him in the present. Do not be like the rich fool in the parable for if he had enthused about God rather than about himself he would not have been a fool.
'Fool, this night your soul is required of you. The things which you have prepared, to whom then will they belong?' So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God." Luke 12:16-21, WEB
We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and serve Him now, regardless of financial gain for He is the one who enables us to gain wealth and He expects us to pass this test before we receive the reward. We pray that God will guide you and provide for you and your family according to His will.
Lord, we lift up Astascho to You. Reveal Your will that they may submit themselves, and set their hopes on you and not on worldly riches. Help them to be content in all circumstances and to trust in You to provide for all their needs. Teach them to serve You now, without delay or excuses. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen we hope that the promise to God made at the end of your post is fulfilled today and we pray for God to meet you in your circumstances. Our Father loves generous givers and rewards them. We want you to be His child because salary, lotteries and big businesses, charity and philanthropy, comfort and advantage, family, and winning do not compare with the surpassing greatness of knowing our Lord, loving Him, and walking with Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
