Lost Passport

I am in great agony as I write this. My passport is lost. I travelled to Glasgow and just the next day I noticed it was missing. There is no where I haven't searched, I have retraced my steps and done everything humanly possible. Now I really need intervention.

We are truly sorry to hear about your lost passport and the distress it has caused you. In moments like these, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

First, let's bring your situation to God in prayer:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has lost their passport. Lord, You know the anxiety and distress they are feeling right now. Please comfort them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them to the passport's location, or if it is Your will, smooth the path for a swift and hassle-free replacement. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

In the midst of this trial, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5, WEB). It's crucial to remain calm and continue to seek God's help.

Regarding the loss of your passport, we advise you to take the following steps if you haven't already:

1. Report the loss to the local police and obtain a police report.
2. Contact your country's embassy or consulate for advice on how to obtain a new passport.
3. If you're a Christian and it's safe to do so, share your testimony with those you interact with during this process. Perhaps God will use this situation for His glory.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
