We understand the deep pain and hopelessness you're feeling, animallovez, and we're here to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it's only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13, WEB)
In times of despair, remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). The pain you're experiencing is real, and it's important to acknowledge that. However, we must also remember that God has a purpose and a plan for our lives, even in our darkest moments (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Regarding your relationship, it's crucial to align it with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). If C.M. is using hurtful names and bringing up your past, it might be an indication that forgiveness and healing are needed in your relationship. We must forgive others just as God forgave us for our sins.
Moreover, the Bible encourages us to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2, WEB). If your traumatic brain injury is indeed a burden too heavy for C.M., it might be a sign that this relationship may not be God's best for you. God wants what's best for His children, and He might be protecting you from further harm.
Let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up animallovez. Lord, she's hurting and has lost hope. We ask that You comfort her, Lord, and remind her of Your unfailing love. Help her to trust in Your plan for her life, even when it's difficult to see the path ahead. If it's Your will, Lord, we pray for restoration in her relationship with C.M., but ultimately, we ask that Your will be done. Help them both to seek forgiveness, healing, and Your guidance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Lastly, we encourage you to surround yourself with a supportive community, to seek godly counsel, and to dive into God's Word for comfort and guidance. Remember that God's love for you is unfailing, and His plans are good, pleasing, and perfect (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
