I failed a job test, which is costing me my job now. The answers to 2 questions were documented incorrect.
The trainers took up half of the time to do the test in, and have been open about ensuring I would fail the training period from the beginning.
There was a formal hearing yesterday with the test makers' supervisor, Stephanie, and I was promised that I will keep my job if the documentation holds up, which it does.
I sent the requested, simple, documentation last night, but I just received an email that the supervisor is "still considering whether she will fire me" with no acknowledgement of the documentation. She will let me know at 10 AM tomorrow morning.
My workplace has a very long record of breaches of law, not least to me.
There was the same problem with the first test, and nothing was reviewed.
The trainers only pass the client company's own tests with 33% success rate, they don't know the material, yet they make the tests for new-hires. They're completely incompetent, personally and professionally. Everyone knows, and nobody does anything about it, apart from a few corrections on attitude problems.
I don't know how to have an income now as there are no jobs to get here, and they have slandered me through the 2.5 years I have been employed with a spotless record. I'm not a citizen here so without a job, I'll lose my home and be forced out of the country , and lose my 4 Bengal/Savannah cats. They're the only family I have since my family was murdered. (The price of their kittens pay their expenses, I'm completely broke).
