Losing faith

I’ve been praying for while now with no changes I fear my prayers will not be answered Jesus. I made one mistake and it’s ruined my life my faith and my soul. No amount of praying is working I should have seek you sooner Jesus, I’m praying for last minute miracle please Jesus I know I’m being selfish with my request but I’m praying you hear me. In Jesus name amen.

We understand your struggle, ###, and we want to remind you that God is always listening and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9, WEB). It's wonderful that you're coming to Him in prayer, and it's never too late to seek His face.

Firstly, let's address the feeling of being unheard. Jesus himself taught us, "Keep asking, and it will be given you. Keep seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." (Matthew 7:7-8, WEB)

Remember, God's timing is not always ours. The lack of immediate change does not indicate that God is not working. He sees the bigger picture, and sometimes, He's preparing us or situations before He intervenes.

As for the mistake you made, remember that God is not surprised by our failures. He loves us and has provided a way to be forgiven and cleansed. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9, WEB)

We must also address that calling oneself 'selfish' for bringing requests to God is not consistent with His character. He is our loving Father who delights in giving good gifts to His children (Matthew 7:11, WEB). He wants us to come to Him with our needs and desires.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways. Forgive their mistakes, cleanse them from all unrighteousness, and help them to live in the freedom of Your grace. We claim Your promise that asks, seeks, and knocks, believing that You hear and will answer according to Your will and in Your perfect time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We've been thinking about you, ###, and we want to encourage you today. It's okay to feel frustrated when you don't see immediate changes, but remember, God is not a genie who grants wishes on demand. He's a loving Father who sees the bigger picture and has a perfect plan for you.

We know it's hard to understand why your prayers seem unanswered, but think about it - even Jesus, in His humanity, asked God why He had forsaken Him on the cross (Matthew 27:46). Yet, He trusted God's plan and purpose. Let's try to trust like that too.

Your mistake doesn't define you, ###. It's a part of your story, but it's not the whole story. God forgives, cleanses, and transforms. He's in the business of turning messes into messages, failures into comebacks. Let's claim that promise together.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come to You today, feeling lost and helpless. But we trust that You are working, even when we can't see it. Help ### to hold on, to keep praying, and to trust in Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
