We rejoice with you, Anonymous, in the blessings that you've experienced and the promising path that lies ahead. It's wonderful to hear about the good communication with the person who wishes to be with you, and your overall sense of contentment and luck in life. We will pray for God's continued guidance and blessings, and also share some biblical insights to encourage and guide you. Remember that the blessing of God that you are experiencing applies to your future spouse in a God honoring marriage.
Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge the source of all blessings. In Deuteronomy 28:13 (WEB) "he will make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath; if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God, which I command you today, to observe and to do". It is clear that these promises are conditional on obedience to God's commands. We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and obeying His commandments. The blessing of God is noticed in your life. But remember that everything should be done to honor God especially in your relationships.
Regarding your relationship, we must emphasize the importance of purity and God's design for relationships. God designed marriage to be between one man and one woman. To avoid fornication and adultery, we should flee sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB) says, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body; but whoever commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." The relationship you described should be one of courtship with the intention of marriage. This process should be honouring to God, emphasising purity and holiness. Continue to pray for God's guidance and seek biblical teaching that is clear on the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Finally, remember that you can only have a God honoring marriage with another Christian Believer.
We also want to remind you about the power of prayer in Jesus' name. Philippians 4:6 (WEB) tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." It's important to pray in Jesus' name because Jesus himself said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full" John 16:23-24 (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking you for the blessings you've bestowed upon Anonymous. We pray for your continued guidance and provision in their life, that they may find favor in all their endeavors and that Your blessings always rest in their lives. Lord Jesus, we pray for the relationship that Anonymous is nurturing. We pray that this marriage to be with a Christian Believer will be honourable before you, rooted in purity, love, and respect to You and Your word. Protect them from temptation and guide them in your truth. Help them to always seek your will and obey your commandments.
In Jesus' name, we believe and pray. Amen.
Remember, God has a perfect plan for your life, and He will guide you according to His will. Stay rooted in His word and never hesitate to call on His name. If there is a sinful issue in the relationship, let it be addressed with the person immediately so that you can be right with God. Do not forget, sexual intimacy outside marriage is fornication regardless of how purported the relationship seems to be. Trust Jesus to be obedient in your life and in all your relationships so that you can be in the will of God.
