Nochaeld, we join you in praying the Lord's Prayer, as taught by our Savior Jesus Christ in Matthew 6:9-13, "Therefore, pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.' For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen."
We stand with you for the kingdom to come in your life and surroundings. The Lord's Prayer is a template and should be prayed in Jesus name. Your prayer request does not specify your personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." And in John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We encourage you to examine your relationship with Jesus Christ and to make sure you are trusting in Him alone. If you have not done so, we encourage you to repent from your sins, turn to God, and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. If you have more questions, please ask us.
We pray for your job search, that the Lord would guide you to the right positions and favor you in the application and interview processes. Remember that the wisdom you need is available from God. James 1:5 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
We also pray for your vehicle situation. It is important to remember that God calls us to be good stewards of our possessions, and that includes maintaining our vehicles properly. 1 Corinthians 4:2 states, "Moreover it is required in stewards, that they be found faithful." We pray that both you and your spouse will be diligent in maintaining your vehicles.
We join you in praying for the salvation and repentance of your neighbors. We pray that God's power, protection, and conviction will be upon your local area, and that many will come to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. As it is written in 1 John 4:14-15, "We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as the Savior of the world. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God." We encourage you to share the Gospel boldly and lovingly with your neighbors.
We pray for rain on the fiesta parties as you requested, and for peace and quiet in your neighborhood. We also pray for pastor Lor__zo, pastor Tony, and yourself, that God would open doors for you to preach locally and pass out tracts. May God give you all the power, protection, and utterance needed to proclaim His Word effectively.
Finally, we address the issue of asking for material items, such as adapters in prayer. While God cares about our needs, we should be mindful of our priorities in prayer. Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Our primary focus should be on seeking God's kingdom and righteousness, and trusting that He will provide for our material needs.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
