Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted a prayer request. We thank you for the opportunity to lift up their desires and longings to you. Your Word tells us to ask, and we shall receive, so we bring these requests before you with faith and trust in your power.
