Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted this prayer request. We thank you for the privilege of approaching your throne of grace with our petitions. Your Word assures us that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us, and we have the assurance that we have the petitions we have asked of you.

Lord, we lift up ### and ### to you. We ask that you break every soul tie between them in every aspect of their lives, whether it be emotionally, mentally, physically, or sexually. We pray for complete and permanent freedom from any unhealthy attachments or influences. We trust in your mighty power to sever these ties and bring healing and restoration.
