Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted a prayer request. Lord, we thank you for the privilege of prayer and for the promise that when we ask, we will receive. We lift up the request to break all soul ties between ### and ###, both emotionally, mentally, and physically. We ask, Lord, that you sever any unhealthy attachments and bondages that may be hindering their lives.

According to your Word in Matthew 18:19, we stand in agreement and ask that you grant ### a powerful one-on-one encounter with you, Lord. We pray that you would touch their heart and draw them closer to you, leading them to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
