Lord, You say to come to You and You will give us rest. Father. my newborn grandson is not sleeping well. You understand the reasons why. Be close to him and soothe his discomfort. Pour Your comforting peace all over him so every cell in his little body relaxes and falls into a deep slumber. Wrap him in angels’ wings and rock him to sleep. Encircle him in Your grace. In the name of Jesus Christ who saves. Amen.
