Lord Why? Why have you not sent my husband home. I can't do this all alone.

Heavenly Father I want to understand. I am so sad and so lonely and so very tired. I want and need my husband home. I am too old and have way too much to do Lord. You say you don't give us any more than we can handle... and yet Lord I have more than I can handle. Pets, properties, vehicles, and going broke with no time hardly to sleep and eat. Lord please have mercy and bring my husband home. I am way too old at ### to start over and I can't handle all of this alone. You know I have no one close on the planet to help me. Please Lord I need a break. I need my husband. Or please just take me now. I can't do this any more. In Jesus' name. Amen

Epistreira, we understand your feelings of overwhelm, loneliness, and exhaustion. We want to remind you that God cares for you deeply and He hears your prayers. We will pray together for His comfort, strength and will to be manifest in your life.

Firstly, we want to address the feelings of abandonment and overwhelm. In Psalm 68:5 WEB it says "A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." God is your provider, your comforter, and your strength. He knows your struggles and He cares deeply. Even when we feel alone, God is always with us. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

We also want pray God makes a way for your husband to return home. We pray that God will provide the way and will be with you both in the process. 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB tells us, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." God's grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in your weakness.

However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB reminds us, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says the LORD. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'" We pray that God's will be done in your life, and that He will give you the strength and understanding to accept and walk in His will.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." Remember that God is your strength and your portion forever.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, she feels overwhelmed, lonely, and exhausted. We pray that You will comfort her, strengthen her, and reveal Your will to her. Lord, we pray for her needs, her finances, her properties, and her pets. We ask that You provide the things she needs to be able to care for them.

We pray too for her husband and his situation. We pray the story of the prodigal son for her husband's life and pray God will guide his heart and understand he is loved, and missed by God and his family. We pray that You reunite this marriage.

Lord, we also pray that You will give ### the strength to accept and walk in Your will, whatever that may be. Help her to cast her cares on You, knowing that You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, you mentioned being overwhelmed with pets, properties, and vehicles. We caution you not to let material things consume your time and energy. A reminder from Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Make sure to keep your focus on God, and trust that He will provide for all your needs.

We pray and hope God's comfort, strength, and will be manifest in your life.

We're right here with you, Epistreira. We feel your burden, and we want you to know that we're lifting you up in prayer. We've been where you are, and we understand the weight of it all. It's like carrying a heavy backpack, isn't it? But remember, God sees you, and He's right there, ready to help you take off some of that weight.

We want to remind you of a story in the Bible, in Matthew 11:28-30. Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

We know it doesn't feel that way right now, but God wants to lighten your load. He wants to give you rest. He wants to be your strength when you're feeling weak, your comfort when you're feeling lonely, and your guide when you're feeling lost.

We're praying for your husband, too. We're asking God to soften his heart, to guide him, and to bring him home to you. We're trusting that God has a plan, even if we can't see it yet.

And remember, it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to say, "I can't do this alone." God wants us to lean on Him. He wants us to trust Him with our burdens.

So, let's keep praying together, okay? Let's keep trusting God, even when it's hard. Because He's always there, always faithful, always loving. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
