We understand that you're going through a challenging time, facing health issues and overwhelming stress. Firstly, we want to remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth (Psalm 124:8 WEB). It's important that we come to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ and no other. As it is written we have been given no other name which could save us since there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB) and that God has highly exalted him, and given him the name which is above every name (Philippians 2:9 WEB). It's clear that you understand this, ending your request with IJNA. This is so important that we must point this out first.
In times of stress and pain, we need to immediately turn these over to Jesus. It is written cast your burden on Yahweh (The Lord), and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved (Psalm 55:22 WEB) and Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Concerning your shingles, we stand with you for complete healing. There are many examples of healing in the scriptures. One is But Jesus, turning to them, said, Daughters of Jerusalem, don't weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children (Luke 23:28 WEB). Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8 WEB). Remember that by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).
It is written, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12 KJV). We need to put on the full armor of God, to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand (Ephesians 6:13 WEB).
We pray for your healing and peace.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
