Thank you, Culgar, for your prayer and thanksgiving. It's beautiful to start the day acknowledging God's goodness and seeking His guidance.
Let's remember, as it is written in Psalm 118:24 (WEB), "This is the day that WEB made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!" God is indeed the one who should drive our day, and we find direction in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in WEB with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
It's crucial, as you've done, to seek cleansing and forgiveness. 1 John 1:9 (WEB) tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We believe and proclaim that Jesus is the only mediator between God and man, and it's in His name that we pray and receive salvation. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for this beautiful Sunday morning. We ask that You be the driver of Culgar's day, guiding every step and decision. Cleanse Culgar of all sins and forgive them, as they have confessed and sought Your forgiveness. We thank You for all the good You have done and continue to do in Culgar's life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
May you have a blessed day, Culgar, walking in the light and love of Jesus Christ.
