Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for all the blessings You have bestowed upon ###. We are grateful for Your love, grace, and forgiveness. Lord, we humbly ask for Your forgiveness for any sins that have been committed. We pray for a heart that is pure and pleasing to You.

Lord, we lift up ###'s prayer for the approval of their ### without any delays. We ask that You would guide the process and ensure that it reaches the right person who will handle it with efficiency and fairness. We pray for a favorable outcome, according to Your will.
