Lord, resolve the mess and sorrow in my family

My brother is mad at my mother.
She has done some wrong things in the interpretation of my brother.
And i agree with my mother.
We have more direct approach and my brother wants to follow attorneys instructions and it is a very slow versiion.
I dont know what to think any more.
Only problems and sorrow in my family.
My mother doesnt want to visit my brother in the prison (falsely accused for rape and physical abuse) because he doesnt call us any more and doesnt ask for money for attorneys etc.
It is a mess.
And i am longing to see my brother.
He is sometimes cold hearted.
Lord, help us!!
