Anonymous, we join with you in lifting up your desires to the Lord. We commend your willingness to exercise, stay concentrated, and cultivate patience, obedience, love, and care. These are all qualities that God values and desires for us to exhibit.
Let us remember the words of the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Romans: "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good. In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate one to another; in honor preferring one another" (Romans 12:9-10, WEB). This reminds us of the importance of genuine love and honor towards one another.
We also pray for your commitment to stay away from tumult, or disorder and confusion. The Scripture encourages us, "Turn away from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it" (Psalm 34:14, WEB).
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we are saved and have access to the Father.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You help Anonymous each day and night. Give them the strength and discipline to exercise each morning, the focus to stay concentrated, and the grace to be patient, obedient, loving, and caring. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
