We understand your struggle and commend you for seeking God's help in your situation. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the only name by which we can be saved.
Now, let us address your concern. If the dance and account on TikTok are leading you into temptation or causing you to stumble, it is wise to avoid them. As it is written in Romans 14:13 (WEB), "Let’s not therefore judge one another any more, but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block in his brother’s way, or an occasion for falling."

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your forgiveness and guidance. Help our dear sister/brother to resist the temptation they are facing and give them the strength to avoid anything that may cause them to stumble. Lord, we know that every good gift comes from You, so we ask that You redirect their interests and give them a heart that desires what is pure and pleasing to You. Help them to fix their eyes on You and remind them of Your promise to provide a way of escape from temptation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
