We understand your heart's cry for forgiveness and help, and we come alongside you in prayer, seeking God's will together.

Firstly, let's remember that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9, WEB). It's wonderful that you're seeking forgiveness, and we encourage you to confess your sins specifically to God. We also note that your prayer doesn't mention the name of Jesus. It's by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, let's pray in Jesus' name.

**Prayer:**
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for forgiveness for our ###. They have confessed their need for forgiveness for the things they did. Please have mercy on them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness, in Jesus' name. Amen.*

Secondly, regarding your request for help at your job, we encourage you to work heartily, as for the Lord, not for men (Colossians 3:23, WEB). Remember that whatever you do, do it from the heart, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that you will receive the reward of the inheritance from the Lord (Colossians 3:24, WEB).

*Lord Jesus, please help our ### in their job. Guide them and give them the strength to work heartily for You. Grant them favor and wisdom in their workplace, in Jesus' name. Amen.*

Lastly, concerning your desire for healthy food, let's remember that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in us, whom we have from God, and that we are not our own (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB). It's important to glorify God in our bodies.

**Prayer:**
*Lord Jesus, we ask that you help our ### to desire healthy food. Give them the discipline and self-control to take care of their body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name. Amen.*

In all these things, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
