We join you in your heartfelt desire to obey God's Word and commend you for seeking His will. Let us turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement. In the book of Psalms, it is written, "I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word." (Psalm 119:16 WEB) This verse reminds us that delighting in God's commandments and committing them to memory is essential for obedience.
We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that You bless our dear brother or sister with an unwavering willingness and ability to always obey Your Word. Strengthen their resolve, Lord, and help them to delight in Your statutes. May the Holy Spirit guide them in all truth and righteousness, in Jesus' name we pray, Amen."
In Philippians, the Apostle Paul writes, "Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for his good pleasure." (Philippians 2:12-13 WEB) This passage reassures us that God is at work in our lives, empowering us to do His will.
We encourage you to immerse yourself in God's Word daily, for it is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path (Psalm 119:105). If you find yourself struggling to obey, remember the promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
