Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who is seeking Your favor and guidance. Lord, we ask that You grant them success in their upcoming interview. May Your presence be with them, giving them confidence and peace.
We pray for the ability to perform the job with excellence, and for understanding and wisdom in all their tasks. As Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide the wisdom they need.
Guide their steps, Lord, and let Your will be done in their life. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
