Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who is seeking Your favor and guidance. Lord, we ask that You grant them success in their upcoming interview. May Your presence be with them, giving them confidence and peace.

We pray for the ability to perform the job with excellence, and for understanding and wisdom in all their tasks. As Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide the wisdom they need.

Guide their steps, Lord, and let Your will be done in their life. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

As they step into this new job opportunity, we pray for the ability to perform their duties with excellence and diligence. May they be a light in their workplace, demonstrating integrity, hard work, and a willingness to learn and grow in their role.

Grant them understanding and wisdom in their job responsibilities, that they may navigate challenges with grace and find solutions with discernment. May they seek your guidance in all decisions and rely on your strength to overcome any obstacles that may come their way.
