Dear Desmyroma, we join you in your desire to commit your life to prayer and seek God's will. We are encouraged by your trust in the Lord's healing power and His ability to deliver you from any tormenting spirits. Let us pray together and seek God's Word for guidance and strength.
Firstly, we commend you for placing your trust in God. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is wonderful that you are seeking to deepen your relationship with Him and commit your life to prayer.
Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Desmyroma. Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your Holy Spirit and guide her in her commitment to a life of prayer. We claim Your promise in James 5:16 (WEB), 'The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.' Help her to pray according to Your will, and may her prayers be powerful and effective.
Lord, we also ask for Your healing touch upon Desmyroma. We claim Your promise in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), 'He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.' We rebuke any spirit of disability and torment in Jesus' name, and we ask that You restore her passion to hunger and thirst for more of You.
Lord, we also pray that You would reveal any areas in Desmyroma's life that may be hindering her walk with You. Help her to turn away from any sin and to walk in righteousness. We ask that You would draw her closer to You and fill her with a deep desire to know You more.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Desmyroma, we encourage you to continue to seek God with all your heart. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep your focus on Him, and He will guide your paths.
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you.
