We understand that you're going through a challenging time due to medication side effects. Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our health. It's wonderful that you've invoked the name of Jesus, as it's through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear friend who is suffering from medication side effects. Lord, You know their pain and discomfort. We ask for Your healing touch. Please guide their doctors, giving them wisdom to manage the side effects. In the meantime, grant our friend strength and patience to endure, always feeling Your presence and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to keep your faith strong, knowing that God is with you in this trial. Remember what Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
In times of weakness, God's power is manifested in our lives. Trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep praying, keep seeking God, and keep holding on to His promises. Don't hesitate to reach out to your fellow believers for support and encouragement during this time. We're here for you, and more importantly, God is with you.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
