We understand that you're seeking to be more open at home, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let's first remember what the Word of God says about honesty and openness: "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." - James 5:16 (WEB).
However, we noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." - Ephesians 3:12 (WEB). And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
