Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your forgiveness and grace. Lord, we ask that You bless us with the desire to drink plenty of water each day, nourishing our bodies as You intended. Please grant us the strength and discipline to fast each week, focusing our minds on improving our lives rather than on food. Help us to complete our tasks with diligence and to seek Your guidance in all that we do. We trust in Your provision and wisdom. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
