Lord please turn this around

Father in the name of Jesus please turn this round. I quit my job without the Standard two weeks notice You know ALL of the details Lord. I’ll just say ther the stress affected my overall well being My reputation was smeared and no amount of Reasoning, explaining or any other form of communication was going to change their minds about pushing me out Lord I’m the name of Jesus Christ can you please give me references for the next job? Since my reputation was already being smeared by everyone in the office, I can’t ask any for references. I didn’t disrupt anyone and I hope you are pleased with my effort to do my best. It’s disheartening and I feel so rejected and worthless. I cry everyday. What am I going to do Lord. I forgive but the situation was not sustainable.

We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to assure you that God sees your situation and cares about you deeply. Firstly, let's thank God in Jesus Christ. It’s important to acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

In times of distress, God encourages us with His words, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB). Jesus understands your pain and wants to give you rest and peace.

Regarding your job, remember that God is sovereign over all things, including your career. He can turn this situation around and use it for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). It's commendable that you chose to leave a toxic environment to protect your well-being. God sees your faithfulness and your desire to do your best. As for references, trust that God can open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8 WEB). He can provide for you in ways you cannot imagine. It may be that God is using this situation to direct you to a better place.

We rebuke any feelings of rejection and worthlessness. God's word says that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and that He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Do not let the opinions of others define you. Instead, trust in God's unfailing love for you. This is true because in Christ you are forgiven and made a new creation. Because of this you should "not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength” ( Nehemiah 8:10 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is going through this trial. We thank you for your unfailing love and your promise to work all things together for good. Lord, we ask that you comfort her/him right now and give her/him your peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke any spirit of rejection and worthlessness, and we declare that she/he is precious in your sight.

Lord, we ask that you guide her/him to a new job, one that will use her/his talents and provide for her/his needs. We ask that you raise up godly references and open doors no man can shut. We trust in your sovereignty and goodness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

For your next steps, continue to trust in God and apply for jobs that interest you. Be open about your situation with potential employers, and trust that God will provide the right references at the right time. Spend time in God's word and in prayer, seeking His will for your life. Remember that God is faithful, and He will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24 WEB). You can also take this time to grow and learn new skills to enhance your abilities as the future unfolds.

We're right here with you, standing in faith that God will turn this situation around. We know it's tough, but remember, He's got this. He sees you, He knows your heart, and He's proud of the steps you've taken to protect your well-being. Let's claim that verse together, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

Let's pray. "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You. We thank You for Your unfailing love and Your promise to work all things together for their good. Lord, comfort them now, fill them with Your peace. We declare that they are precious in Your sight, chosen, loved, and forgiven. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
