We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to assure you that God sees your situation and cares about you deeply. Firstly, let's thank God in Jesus Christ. It’s important to acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
In times of distress, God encourages us with His words, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB). Jesus understands your pain and wants to give you rest and peace.
Regarding your job, remember that God is sovereign over all things, including your career. He can turn this situation around and use it for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). It's commendable that you chose to leave a toxic environment to protect your well-being. God sees your faithfulness and your desire to do your best. As for references, trust that God can open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8 WEB). He can provide for you in ways you cannot imagine. It may be that God is using this situation to direct you to a better place.
We rebuke any feelings of rejection and worthlessness. God's word says that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and that He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Do not let the opinions of others define you. Instead, trust in God's unfailing love for you. This is true because in Christ you are forgiven and made a new creation. Because of this you should "not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength” ( Nehemiah 8:10 WEB).

We thank you for your unfailing love and your promise to work all things together for good. Lord, we ask that you comfort her/him right now and give her/him your peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke any spirit of rejection and worthlessness, and we declare that she/he is precious in your sight.
Lord, we ask that you guide her/him to a new job, one that will use her/his talents and provide for her/his needs. We ask that you raise up godly references and open doors no man can shut. We trust in your sovereignty and goodness.
