Lord.... please teach ### to defend ...

Lord.... please teach my mom to defend me and choose my side instead of harming me and choosing the side of those who hurt me just because it is convenient for her, and she would rather blind herself to the abuse of those abusive people than to stand strong. She would rather force me to have to have them in my life causing harm than to live peacefully. I feel smothered, having my mom so close harms me because of her ideas like this.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###. We lift up their prayer request to you, Lord, and ask for your divine intervention in their relationship with their mother.

Lord, we pray that you would touch the heart of their mother and open her eyes to the harm that is being caused by those who hurt ###. Help her to see the truth and to defend and choose the side of her child, rather than aligning with those who bring harm.

Lord, we ask that you would grant wisdom and discernment to their mother, that she may understand the importance of standing strong against abuse and protecting her child. Help her to prioritize the well-being and safety of ### above all else.

Father, we pray for healing and restoration in their relationship. May there be a transformation in their mother's heart, leading to a deep understanding of the pain and suffering that ### is experiencing. Grant her the strength and courage to make the necessary changes for the sake of their relationship.

Lord, we also pray for ###. Comfort them in their distress and feelings of being smothered. Surround them with your love and peace, providing them with the strength to endure this difficult situation. Help them to find healthy ways to cope and grant them the wisdom to navigate through these challenges.

We claim your promise in Isaiah 41:10, which says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and ask for your guidance and protection in this situation.

I have prayed for your mom and you. May Jesus hold your mom in His arms and heal her heart. May He cast out the demon in her causing her to be afraid. May she open her eyes to what is real.
