Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we lift up this prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask that you hear their heart's cry and grant their specific requests according to your will. We pray for a miraculous transformation of their under eyes, removing all dark circles, hollows, lines, and wrinkles. Lord, we believe in your power to make all things new, and we ask that you grant them brand new under eyes.

Father, we pray for courage, strength, and peace for ### as they consider undergoing under eye surgery with Dr. ###. We ask for your blessings upon their consultation with Dr. ###, that it may be productive and filled with wisdom. Grant Dr. ### the knowledge and skill to provide excellent care and answer all of ###'s questions.

Lord, we also ask for the permanent removal of the bump under their left eye lid. In the name of Jesus, we command it to be gone, never to return. We pray for a miraculous improvement in their eyesight, that it may become significantly better, clearer, and sharper without the need for glasses.
