Let Us Pray: God I ask You in Jesus name instruct me on how and help me to choose peace. Bless me to walk in the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. God please do the same for the writer of this prayer. Amen, so be it, and by faith it is so. 
When I choose peace, I take back the power. Confession: I choose peace in Jesus name. Philippians 4:6-7: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
