Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking your intervention in their situation. Lord, you are the one who holds the hearts of decision-makers in your hands, and we humbly ask that you would soften their hearts and open their minds to reconsider the employment of our friend.
Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 21:1 that "The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will." We believe that you have the power to change hearts and circumstances according to your perfect will. We ask that you would touch the hearts of those in authority at dp and guide them to make the decision that aligns with your divine plan.
Lord, we also pray for our anonymous friend during this challenging time. Grant them peace and comfort, knowing that you are in control of their situation. Help them to trust in your timing and to have faith that you will work all things together for their good, according to Romans 8:28.
We pray that you would provide our friend with strength and wisdom as they navigate this uncertain season. May they find solace in your presence and find assurance in your promises. Help them to persevere and to keep their eyes fixed on you, knowing that you are their ultimate provider and sustainer.
In Jesus' name, we ask for your favor and grace to be poured out upon our friend. May your will be done, and may your name be glorified through this situation. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
