Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your divine intervention and blessings. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all good things and that you have the power to transform our lives. We pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, that you would grant ###'s request.
